Note:
ARM-based processors are not supported.
Examples: Microsoft Surface and Chrome OS based PCs.

Hard Drive:
20 GB or more of available space
60 GB or more of total space

Memory (RAM):
4 GB of RAM minimum
8 GB of RAM or better is preferable

Operating System:
Windows 11
Windows must be a Genuine Licensed Copy with all updates and patches installed.
Beta and Developer versions will not be supported.

Standard Connection and Speed:
Hard-wired connection (Not wireless)
Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload

Monitor Recommendations:
1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution
1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)

The PC MUST be hard-wired via an Ethernet connection and CANNOT be connected to Wi-Fi.

Phone Service Provider:

A hard-wired telephone is required, connected to a router/modem device and wall outlet.

Note:
Not all clients require hard-wired telephone service. Do not purchase or add service unless required to by the client.
