ARM-based processors are not supported.

A hardwired USB headset with phone quality audio is required for class and to service most programs.

Telephone:
A hard-wired telephone and headset are required for servicing on some programs.

Internet:
Hard-wired broadband is required. This can include DSL, cable, or fiber optic connections.
Note:
The PC MUST be hard-wired via an Ethernet connection and CANNOT be connected to Wi-Fi.
Phone Service Provider:
A hard-wired telephone is required, connected to a router/modem device and wall outlet.
Note:
Not all clients require hard-wired telephone service. Do not purchase or add service unless required to by the client.

PC Scan:
A PC Scan is a check that assesses whether your computer meets the specific technical requirements necessary to use the Arise Platform or any customer-required software for the program you are interested in servicing.

PC Scans are mandatory and must be successfully passed in order to qualify for servicing any of the clients on the Arise Platform.
