I’m Maricia Long, the Owner and CEO of Skyline Virtual Solutions.
I am a mother, a leader, a creator of opportunities — and a woman who has learned how to rebuild, refocus, and rise.

I started Skyline Virtual Solutions in 2018, during a time when I was navigating life as a single mom and determined to find a better balance between providing for my family and being present for my son. I knew there had to be a way to earn a living without sacrificing motherhood — and that belief is what sparked this journey.

My Story

As I worked from home, I realized how many others were searching for the same thing — parents, caregivers, military veterans, students, and individuals wanting better work-life balance. Skyline grew into a space where people could start fresh, learn new skills, earn income from home, and regain control of their time.

In 2020, I partnered with another company during the pandemic to expand support and resources for individuals transitioning into remote work. After learning, growing, and evolving through that season, I have now returned to operating Skyline independently — stronger, more grounded, and more intentional than ever.

My Background

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.

I bring over 20 years of professional experience in the call center and customer service industry, from frontline support to leadership and training.

I am also an Army Veteran, and the values I gained during my service shape the culture of Skyline every single day:
